Refund and Returns Policy

Kasel Sports strives to provide a simple, quick and fair returns policy to our customers. For Returns/Refunds please use the following steps:

Step One:

  • Drop us an email at kaselcare@gmail.com stating your issue and reason for return / refund

Step Two:

  • Once you have received an approval from us, make your own arrangements to return the item(s) to us through any postal carrier at your own cost.
  • If the mistake is ours, Kasel Sports will make the necessary arrangements and  bear the costs of the delivery rate.
  • Nobody likes losing things, and as such we cannot be responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit, we strongly recommend for you to use trackable post/courier.

Step Three:

  • The number of days for us to receive the returned item and to process your return will vary depending on your location and on which postal carrier you use.
  • Immediately upon receipt, we will inspect and process your return request to ensure that you are served as quickly as possible.
  • An email will also be sent out notifying you of the action we will take as soon as we have processed your return.

Important things to note:

Refunds

  • Any items which are out of stock but have already been paid for will be eligible for an immediate refund if required by the customer.
  • All other refunds are subject to our written approval.

Cancellations

  • Orders which have been paid for but wish to be cancelled – as long as your order has not been shipped out yet – we can issue you a full refund.
  • However, if an order has already been packed and shipped we are unable to offer you a full refund.

Returns

  • You have  14 (fourteen) days from the date your receive your purchase to initiate a return.
  • Please note that any item returned must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed (this includes the item in its original packaging) and it is very important that no tags or labels are removed.
  • Any item not in its original condition or in an unsuitable condition will be returned to you (at your cost) with an email notifying you of our decision.
  • The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. Please ensure you pack your items to prevent any damage during transit. We will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us in damaged condition.
  • All sales/promotional items and purchases made with discount coupons are final and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
